Sarah

I was saved New Years Eve during a worship service in 2007, and since then my life has been an adventure of learning more about God and wanting to have a stronger relationship with Him. Since then, I've been on many youth trips, even to Atlanta, Georgia, twice on a mission trip. I also plan on going to Swaziland, Africa in the summer of 2010. I was baptized August 20th, 2008. Now I plan on going to college and starting up with the Impact School of Ministries and then transferring to Northwest University. I'm planning on pursuing a degree in Missions. In my future, doing inner city missions is what has been laid on my heart =]

Rachael
My Name is Rachael and I grew up in a Christian home with amazing parents, I asked the Lord into my heart at the age of two. I always knew that I was called into ministry, but it took me quite a while to figure out what type exactly. When I was 8 years old my parents started me with piano lessons and I instantly knew that this was what I was called to do. Music pretty much took over my life from there, from piano every week for the last 10 years to recitals and performances. As my love for music grew I knew that this was what I wanted to do for the Lord.
As soon as my high school years started to come to a close I began to wonder how exactly music could be integrated into ministry, but through working for the church I soon heard about the new internship they were starting in the fall. After careful thought and prayer I knew that this was what I was supposed to be doing and I have never felt so sure about anything before!

Asunda
Hey! My name is Asunda Zimmer and I am a 2009 graduate from Flathead High School currently attending FVCC and Christian Center's School of Ministry. Growing up my family moved quite frequently but I am originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. I moved to Whitefish, Montana when I was in the seventh grade and have been in Montana ever since. Life has had its ups and downs and at times there seems to be more downs than ups, but God has always proven himself true in the end. I grew up wanting to pursue some sort of career in art, and I originally wanted to take a few years off of school before entering college to travel the world. As I matured in my walk with God those dreams began to change and be formed into something new. As I entered my Sophomore year of high school all I knew was that I wanted to help people. Slowly throughout my last years of high school I felt God tugging on my heart to pursue full time ministry, and by the beginning of my senior year my plan was to attend Northwest University in the pursuit of missions work. I thought I had everything mapped out perfectly, but God had another plan: SOM. I have never heard God so clearly as I did when he told me my place was going to be in Kalispell, with the School of Ministry. I must admit that at first I was not very thrilled at what God had called me to, especially since my family was moving back to Santa Fe, but I am already seeing pieces of this blessing. I am now praying about possibly going into Deaf Ministries and attending North Central University after my time with SOM, but I know I will go wherever God leads me.

TJ
Hi there. My name is TJ. I am eighteen years old, and I am currently a freshman at Flathead Valley Community College (FVCC). Throughout my life, I have been presented with multiple opportunities in which I could offer my services –like being a camp counselor to four or five kids in my cabin; handing food out at a soup kitchen; and even putting in drywall four a church building –etc.
After I graduated high school, I had little, to no idea what I was supposed to do with my life –or what God wanted me to do with it. Then my parents were asked to spearhead this ministry called SOM, or the School of Ministry. Once this came about, I looked into it –and saw that through this “SOM”, I would be able to place myself more firmly in the community. Reason being, it provided me with many different ways to help others –more than those which I already held. It also added a name base, which I could stand on. “I am a part of the school of ministry…”
Being a student in the School of Ministry, I hope to establish a more firm foundation for my Christian walk –and to continue to influence people both in my community, and outside of it, to invest in more than stuff that fades, and dies away. To strive to be more than the average human being –in the way we respond to every situation. My overall goal is to “live, laugh, love…” and help those around me enter into a relationship with God.

My name is Krista Roberts. I graduated from High school in 2007. I completed a Youth with a Mission Discipleship Training School (YWAM DTS) in Kona Hawaii in 2009. Tonga and New Zealand in the Asia Pacific were my outreach areas. I am presently a freshman in College at Flathead Valley in Kalispell, and part of the School of Ministry. I have been traveling with my family all my life doing missions work throughout the U.S and abroad; Additionally, I have done so with other teams. I believe God’s called me to continue in a life of ministry and glorify Him in all areas of what I do. Two chief areas are music, sports. I’m just taking each step into each moment to unearth Gods plans for me. It’s surely an adventure.
