There are so many different ways to serve in ministry here at Christian Center. With the wide variety of opportunities available, we know that God has a place for you! Where do you start? How can you find a fulfilling and fruitful place to plug in?

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

1. What particular purpose of our church do I feel passionate about? What is going on that bugs me? (Sometimes the things that annoy us the most are the very things we feel passionate about, and they can help us discover our heart's desire.)

2. How can I "take a look" at a ministry opportunity? Is there a regular meeting time or service experience that I could join, or tag along with someone currently serving in that area? Examples could be stopping by the kitchen on Wednesday evenings to see what goes on, or shadowing an usher on Sunday mornings.

3. After the initial serving experience, was this ministry meaningful to me? Was I more energized after serving? Did I enjoy the partners I worked with? Should I do it again, or try something else?
